The "cellar" we use is designed to hold up to 5,000 bottles and allow specific wines to reach the point where they fully show their complexity, uniqueness, and value. High humidity, proper temperature, no vibrations, and no access to sunlight, bottles stored horizontally make Lalou a unique space.
